Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Rental Period
  • The rental period begins on the date and time the equipment is collected or delivered and ends when the items are returned or picked up.

  • Late returns may incur additional charges.

    2. Booking & Payment
    • A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid in full before or on the day of delivery.

    • We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash.

    • Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery/pickup may result in the loss of deposit.

    3. Delivery and Pickup
    • Delivery and collection are available at an extra cost and must be arranged in advance.

    • The customer must be present at the time of delivery and pickup to inspect and sign for the items.

    • Delivery charges are based on location, time, and access (stairs, parking restrictions, etc.).

    4. Cleaning
    • All utensils and equipment must be returned clean unless a cleaning fee is agreed upon in advance.

    • A cleaning fee may apply if items are returned dirty or with food residue.

    5. Damage, Loss & Liability
    • The customer is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items during the rental period.

    • A replacement or repair fee will be charged for any damaged or missing items.

    • Equipment must be used for its intended purpose only and in accordance with safety instructions.

    • The hirer assumes full responsibility and releases the rental company from any liability related to personal injury or property damage arising from the use of the rented items.

    6. Inspection and Acceptance
    • All items must be inspected by the customer at the time of delivery or pickup.

    • Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 2 hours of receipt.

    7. Use of Equipment
    • Items are for temporary hire only and must not be subleased.

    • Items must be kept indoors or in a sheltered area unless otherwise agreed.

    • Do not attempt to repair faulty equipment. Notify us immediately.

    8. Force Majeure
    • We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, accidents, transport issues
