Your order submission is considered an initial request and not a final transaction.

At least an hour notice must be given prior to placing an order.

No payment will be processed automatically upon placing your order.

Final confirmation, including availability, pricing, and delivery details, will be provided after we review your order.

For special event bookings, at least two week notice must be given in advance.

An official invoice or payment method  will be sent to you after your order has been confirmed.

Only after successful payment will your order be considered finalized, processed, and scheduled for delivery or service.

We reserve the right to decline or modify any order request based on availability, suitability, or other considerations.
